The official website for the anime adaptation of the Tohai Mahjong manga (Tohai – Ura Rate Mahjong Tohai Roku) has announced a new trailer for the series.

Therefore, the anime Tohai – Ura Rate Mahjong Tohai Roku premieres in the October 2024 season.

Tohai Mahjong Synopsis

Money, women, organs. Kei, a high school student, frequents the underground room full of desires, earning the nickname 'Ice K' in the underworld due to his cold strategy and stylish play. Rumors also circulate that he keeps a girl in his house.

Shinasaka serialized the manga in Akita Shoten 's Young Champion from 2006 to 2011, and the work has 12 volumes.
