The official website for Toi-san wa Seishun Shitai! "Baka to SmaPho to Romance to" has revealed the first trailer for the film Strawberry Prince singer Jel 's short video series inspired the animated film.
The trailer revealed the new cast and the artists for the ending theme song. The film opens in Japan on July 18. Watch the full trailer:
Cast and new information
The production team revealed the main cast through the franchise's X profile. Check out the names:
- Aki Toyosaki will be Momo Mochizuki;
- Yūma Uchida will be Satan Yamada;
- Ayane Sakura will be Yuri Himeno;
- Junta Terashima will be Hideki Otaku;
- Manaka Iwami will play Haruka Shirakawa;
- Takehito Koyasu will play Kenichi Minamoto;
- Nobuhiko Okamoto will play Kiriya Numaoka.
The members of Strawberry Prince will perform the ending song, "Mirai no Kimi kara Daijōbu!" Jel, in addition to voicing himself and the protagonist Akane Toi , is also involved in the script, storyboards, and character design. The original series, released in 2019, has already accumulated over 10 billion views on YouTube and TikTok.

“Tooi, an ordinary high school girl, expected a normal school life, until everything changed on her first day.
