The official website for the thriller anime Tokyo Ghoul has been updated and has released its first teaser.

The original manga takes place in Tokyo, which is haunted by mysterious ghouls devouring humans. People are gripped by fear of these creatures, whose identity remains a mystery. A college student named Kaneki meets Rize, a bookworm, at the diner he frequents. Little by little, he realizes that his fate will change in one night.

The series is expected to hit Japanese TV this summer.
