Tomo-chan is a Girl – Anime premiere date revealed in new video

Aniplex 's official YouTube channel has released the full promotional video for the anime Tomo-chan Is a Girl !.

The video revealed the anime's premiere date for January 4th and the anime's ending theme song titled "yurukuru*love."

Cast members Rie Takahashi , Rina Hidaka , and Sally Amaki are performing the ending theme as their respective characters.

The anime's website also revealed more staff members and a new image:

The anime's website lists six Blu-ray/DVD disc volumes with a total of 13 episodes.

manga series was serialized on the Twi4 Twitter account and san-zen-sen website in April 2015. The manga has eight collected volumes released in Japan by Kodansha.

Synopsis:

The story follows Aizawa Tomo, who finally manages to tell her childhood friend Jun that she's in love with him. Unfortunately, her confession fell on deaf ears—he didn't even realize she was a girl until high school, and even now, Jun still thinks of her as a brother! How can Tomo-chan possibly convince him otherwise and win Jun's heart?
