Therefore, the anime Tomodachi no Imouto ga Ore ni dake Uzai will premiere in October 2025, animated by studio BLADE (Shijou Saikyou no Daimaou).

Tomodachi no Imouto Synopsis:
If a girl teases you, it means she likes you! Unfortunately, Akiteru knows from experience that's not quite the case.
