TONIKAWA | Anime reveals premiere date and new visual

The official website for the TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You anime, Kenjiro Hata Tonikaku Kawaii ( Fly Me to the Moon ) , revealed the anime's October 2 premiere date and a new visual.

Akari Kitō will voice the beloved Tsukasa , and Junya Enoki will voice the determined Nasa .

Synopsis

The comedy follows a boy with the strange name Nasa, who meets a cute girl named Tsukasa on the day of his high school entrance exam, and immediately falls in love with her. So Nasa confesses her feelings, but she responds that she will only go out with him if they get married. However, years later, on Nasa's 18th birthday, Tsukasa reappears to get married.

Staff

Hiroshi Ikehata ( Barakamon , Seton Academy: Welcome to the Pack) is directing the anime at Seven Arcs , and Kazuho Hyodo (Kiratto Pri☆Chan) is writing the anime's script. Masakatsu Sasaki ( Bokuben ) is designing the characters while Goichi Iwahata is designing the props. Ritsuko Utagawa serves as key color artists, and Yukihiro Shibutani serves as art director. Satoshi Motoyama is directing the sound, and “Endo” is composing the music.

TONIKAWA will stream on Crunchyroll , which also licenses the anime.

Tonikaku Kawaii by Kenjiro Hata has been published by Shogakukan in Weekly Shonen Sunday since February 2018, with 11 volumes to date.

Furthermore, Hata was a newlywed in 2018! When he and his collaborator on the manga story “Sore ga Seiyu!” voice actress Masumi Asano, confirmed their marriage. Sore ga Seiyu! It received an anime adaptation in 2015.
