Treat it as a rumor, the second season of the anime Tonikawa: Over the Moon ( Tonikaku Kawaii ) had its number of episodes revealed. The information came through an unofficial source. New information should be released soon during AnimeJapan 2023 .

According to the source, the series will have a total of 12 episodes. It will premiere in April of this year and will be produced by Seven Arcs .
Therefore the series is directed by Hiroshi Ikehata Seven Arcs studio ( Blue Period ), script by Hyodo Ippo and character design by Masakatsu Sasaki .
Synopsis:
Nasa Yuzaki's first name has the kanji for 'starry night,' but is pronounced 'Nasa.' He tries to live up to his strange name, always remaining optimistic. But one snowy night, he lets his guard down and is hit by a car while following a beautiful girl.
The first season of Tonikawa premiered in October 2020 and aired 12 episodes. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired and is once again in charge of streaming the new season.
