Browsing Netflix to choose some anime to watch, I noticed that the promising Japanese market has been bringing different anime every year, there's no way fans can deny it, the market is definitely growing. With each passing year, new titles based on manga and classics from the otaku universe are added to Streaming.
At first, to start this top 05 I had to update myself on some animes that I didn't know, such as Aggretsuko , Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan and even the frantic remake of Devilman .
The great Castlevania does not make the list in the same way as the animation Blame!.
The list below was not so simple to make, however I believe that as an otaku 30+ I opted for some animes that were not new.
5. Violet Evergarden
The beautiful production by Kyoto Animation based on the Japanese light novel, written by Kana Akatsuki and illustrated by Akiko Takase .
The story this time is told through the eyes of the Automata Dolls or Automemories, which in turn were created by a scientist known as Dr. Orland to help his blind wife Mollie write her novels.
Next, I would like to remind you that Violet Evergarden has a sequel scheduled to arrive on Netflix soon.

3. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion
It is one of the animes that became classics of 2006. The first season, titled Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, has 25 episodes, being classified as a drama, mecha, military and also SCI-FI anime.
The story takes place in the Empire of Britannia, which in turn overcame the Japanese forces and conquered the country with their robotic weapons, the Knightmare Frames, and in less than a month Japan lost its freedom, rights and became known as Area 11. Japanese citizens, now called “Elevens”, were forced to live in communes, while Britannians live in first-class living quarters.
In third place, I leave this series that made me reflect so much.

2. Death Note
Weekend fun becomes even more fun when we find this anime. Without a shadow of a doubt, there was no way not to put it on this list. The franchise that spawned several films in Japan and also in the West, Death Note will always be a landmark of 2006 anime.
The story follows Light , a Japanese student who finds a mysterious notebook and discovers that he has the power to kill all the people whose names are written in it.
This way Death Note takes second place.

Finally, it is one of the animes that never go out of fashion and to this day is always talked about among otaku circles around the world. Evangelion is simply a peculiar work about desires, life's desires, apocalypse, doubts and existentialism, also aimed at us human beings.
The main series arrived with 26 episodes created and produced by GAINAX studios and directed by Hideaki Anno .
The series takes place in Tokyo, very different from today, fifteen years after a global cataclysm that became known as Second Impact. The main story revolves around Shinji Ikari , a 14-year-old teenager who is recruited by the shadowy organization NERV to pilot a giant biomachine known as the Evangelion in combat against monstrous beings known as Angels.
Therefore, Evengelion deserves to lead this TOP 5 best animes to watch on Netflix.
