The Best Isekai of 2021 – Top 5
5. Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki: First, let's talk about this isekai with a completely new plot. In it, we follow young Souma, whose goal isn't to defeat anyone or become stronger, but to rebuild a kingdom! Our hero does this using basic economics, not by defeating armies. It's certainly a very different series and worth watching; in fact, it has 13 episodes.
4. 100-Man no Inochi no Ue ni Ore wa Tatteiru: Now, let's talk about another series that was a tremendous success this year. Its first season was released last year and is already back with a bang with its second! So, we have a total of 24 episodes. There, we see several teenagers completely lost and inexperienced, but now they must complete the missions they're given if they want to return to their world. Honestly, it's a work full of action and comedy to enjoy.
The Best Isekai of 2021 – Top 3
03. Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken
Starting off our top 3, we couldn't help but mention our favorite Slime. Its second season was released this year and was a huge success. Watching little Rimuru grow up is a thrilling experience, as he now has the Tempest Kingdom, has become a Demon Lord, and is growing in power. His friends also experience incredible development throughout the series, making them well worth watching.
02. Mushoku Tensei
Here, we watch an anime from the current season, which premieres every Sunday. So, we can see our beloved Rudeus adventuring with his friends. But he still has many mysteries and problems to solve, like his family's case or getting Eris back. Overall, it's been fantastic to see how the series unfolds, and I always look forward to the next episode.
01. Sekai Saikou no Ansatsusha, Isekai Kizoku ni Tensei Suru
And finally, let's talk about another anime of the season. In fact, we had a new episode of it today, since it's released every Wednesday. There, we see the world's greatest assassin going to an Isekai and receiving his final mission: to kill the Great Hero. Now, he races against time to accomplish this feat, which seems impossible even with his strength.
Well, folks, that was our special list for the day. I hope you enjoyed it, leave a comment, and see you next time!
