The company Pony Canyon has begun streaming the promotional video for Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin). Hajime Isayama launched the manga in Bessatsu Shōnen in 2009. The manga became a success, leading Kodansha USA to publish it in the United States.
Synopsis : Decades ago, humanity was nearly exterminated by the sudden appearance of humanoid beings known as Titans. Creatures of enormous size and seemingly low intelligence, they ate humans for pleasure. However, a small group of humans survived inside a city protected by walls more than three times the height of the largest Titans recorded to date. For 107 years, the fortified city witnessed unsuccessful Titan attacks, until one day, young Eren Jaeger and his adopted sister, Mikasa Ackerman, witnessed the appearance of a colossal Titan, making an opening in one of the city's outer walls, which allowed a large group of smaller Titans to enter. Both children witnessed the horror of seeing their mother being eaten alive by one of them. From that day on, Eren swore revenge against every single Titan.
