The animated series Transformers GO! revolves around a boy tasked with protecting the "legendary discs" with the help of the Transformers, both during the Battle of the Three Kingdoms and in the present day. The anime is similar to the American cartoon "Transformers Prime," and features exclusive characters that appear only in the Japanese product line. The series will be released on DVD through the Terebi-Kun (Samurai Team) and TV Magazine (Shinobi Team) magazines.
