Synopsis:
The story takes place in 20XX in the country of Neo Too Kyo, where young people form tribes after the collapse of society. This title takes place in a fictional place reminiscent of Tokyo's 23 wards, with gangs of thugs from every district fighting for prestige through extreme baseball.
The animation is by Liden Films (The Heroic Legend of Arslan) and directed by Yuu Aoki . Yosuke Yabumoto designed the original characters by Rui Komatsuzaki (Danganronpa) and Shimadoriru for the animation. Masafumi Takada (Danganronpa) composed the music, with Lantis . Funimation is co-producing the anime.
Finally, the project has members from the production of the Danganronpa (Kazutaka Kodaka).
