The official website for the anime Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy has announced that it will receive a second season. Along with the announcement, the website revealed a promotional video and a new image showcasing the visual for the new season.

Synopsis of the first season:
The anime follows Makoto Misumi , an ordinary high school boy who is summoned to an alternate world as a valiant warrior. Unfortunately, the goddess of that world disdainfully tells him, "Your face is ugly," strips him of his title, and banishes him to the outskirts of the "bush."
Finally, Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Dōchū (Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy) began as Shōsetsu ni Narō in 2012. The first season of Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy premiered on July 7th on the Japanese channels Tokyo MX and BS NTV .
