anime series “ Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- ” ( Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Dōchū ) has revealed a new trailer and image for the series. Additionally, fans have learned the expected premiere date for the sequel.
Therefore, the premiere of the continuation of the 2nd Season of the anime Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- will take place in the January 2025 season.
Shinji Ishihira ( Fairy Tail , Log Horizon , Super Lovers ) is directing the second season at JCStaff (Toradora, Shokugeki no Souma), replacing C2C which produced the first season. Kenta Ihara ( Youjo Senki ) is returning to write and supervise the script. Yukie Suzuki ( Fight League: Gear Gadget Generators ) returns to handle character designs.
Synopsis:
The fantasy story revolves around Makoto Misumi, an ordinary high school boy who is sent to a new world as a brave warrior. Unfortunately, the goddess of that new world mocked him, saying, "How ugly you are," stripped him of his title, and banished him to the most remote reaches of the desert. While wandering the area, Makoto encountered dragons, spiders, orcs, dwarves, and all sorts of other fantastic creatures. But due to the differences in the environment from his home world, Makoto now displays extraordinary combat and magical powers. Therefore, he must survive in this world while facing various threats. Thus, the curtain rises on the fantasy of social reform in this alternate world, centered on a young man abandoned by both gods and humans.
Finally, Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy began serialization in the magazine Shōsetsu ni Narō in 2012.
