The official Twitter account for Jyanome's "Twilight Out Focus" (Tasogare Out Focus) manga has revealed that the series will be getting an anime adaptation. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka and Yūma Uchida will play Mao Tsuchiya and Hisashi Otomo, respectively.

Synopsis
Movie enthusiast Mao Tsuchiya and his lonely roommate, Hisashi Otomo, make three promises: 1) That Mao will never tell anyone that Hisashi is gay and has a boyfriend; 2) That Hisashi will never approach Mao "that way," and 3) That they will respect each other's "private time." The rules established by the two second-year students were supposed to ensure a peaceful dorm life together, but reality is never as simple as in the movies, and some things can't be promised easily...
Finally, the Twilight Out of Focus manga launched in Kodansha's digital BL magazine, "Honey Milk", in 2019, and the compiled book volume launched in June of the same year.
