The anime adaptation of the sci-fi comedy "Uchuujin MuMu" by Hiroki Miyashita (author of "Yakuza Reincarnation" ) has been officially announced!

The story follows MuMu, an alien who takes the form of a cat and travels to Earth to recover lost knowledge about the advanced technology of his home planet. To rebuild his knowledge, MuMu decides to study Earth's household appliances, but ends up creating daily chaos in the life of Sakurako Umeyashiki, a young university student who agrees to take him in.
The manga, published in Young King Ours , already has seven collected volumes. In the anime, newcomer Momono Harumi will voice Sakurako, while Etsuko Kozakura will play MuMu. To promote the announcement, a video showing the voice actors visiting the Bic Camera electronics store was released.
