Tsuburaya Productions has released a video for Ultraman Orb. The video showcases the Ultra Fusion Cards and three different battle forms that combine the powers of previous Ultra heroes: Spacium Zeperion, Tiga, Burnmite, Taro, Mebius, and HurricaneSlash, Zero, and Jack.
Actor Hideo Ishiguro (Kamen Rider Den-O) will play the protagonist Gai Kurenai. The new series will once again be directed by Kiyotaka Taguchi, who helmed last year's Ultraman X series. According to him, the series will have "noble themes and a return to the roots, while remaining a fun and interesting series."
The franchise is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Ultraman Orb premieres on TV Tokyo on July 9th.
