Jump Festa '23 event revealed a promotional video, voice actors, and main staff for the anime adaptation of Undead Unluck .

New voice actors include Natsuki Hanae as Shen and Kenji Nomura as Void .
The event also revealed that the anime is reuniting the main staff from the Fire Force anime. Yuki Yase is directing the anime at David Production (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure). Hideyuki Morioka is designing the characters for animation, and Kenichiro Suehiro is composing the music.
As previously announced, the anime will star Moe Kahara as Fuuko Izumo and Yuichi Nakamura as Andy. The anime will premiere in 2023.
Synopsis Undead Unluck
Undead Unluck follows the story of Fuko Izumo, also known as the cursed woman of "bad luck." Fuko brings bad luck to anyone who touches her. The curse is so strong that it causes permanent damage to anyone who comes into contact with her for too long. One day, she is saved by Andy, a man who cannot die, considered a true "zombie." He hopes to discover a way to use Fuko's bad luck to finally die. The pair team up to complete the missions given to them by the Book of Revelations. However, if they fail, the book could wipe out all of humanity.
Finally, Undead Unluck is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshifumi Tozuka . It has been serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine since January 2020, with its chapters collected in 21 tankōbon volumes as of May 2024.
