Blue lock synopsis:

The story begins with Japan's elimination from the 2018 FIFA World Cup, causing the Japan Football Union to begin a search program for high school players who will begin training for the 2022 World Cup. Isagi Yoichi , a striker , receives an invitation to this program shortly after his team lost the chance to go to nationals. But their coach Ego Jinpachi , who aims to "end Japan's failed football" by introducing a radical new training regime: isolating 300 young strikers in a prison-like institution called "Blue Lock" and putting them through rigorous training with the objective of creating “The best striker in the world”.

Finally, the first season of the anime was directed by Blue Lock and Tetsuaki Watanabe 8 Bits studio .

Furthermore, the Blue Lock manga debuted in Weekly Shonen Magazine in August 2018 by authors Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yusuke Nomura .
