The official website for the Uramichi Oniisan anime announced that it will premiere in July, after its 2020 premiere was postponed.
The website also revealed a new image that gives a glimpse of the anime's visual style:
The reason for the delay was therefore cited as " production problems ". It is also now confirmed that Yusuke Shibata will be joining Mizuki Takahashi as character designer.
