The official website for Musasino!, the second season of the anime "Urawa no Usagi-chan ," announced that it will premiere in July after being delayed for five years. The website also lists the same staff and voice actors.
The first season of Urawa no Usagi-chan will have a 'rerun' on TV Saitama starting April 9th.
The new season was originally scheduled to premiere in the summer of 2017, but was postponed indefinitely due to "various circumstances."

Synopsis:
In short, the story features eight anthropomorphic girls representing the seasons of Saitama Prefecture, and they all have " urawa " in their names. However, to keep with the spirit, all the voice actresses in the anime are from Saitama as well.
Finally, the original Urawa no Usagi-chan series premiered in April 2015 and featured five-minute episodes, and followed the daily campus lives of eight high school girls living in Urawa-ku, Saitama Prefecture.
