The official website for Musasino!, the second season of the anime Urawa no Usagi-chan , announced that it will premiere in July, after being delayed for five years. The website also lists the same staff and voice actors in the cast.
The first season of Urawa no Usagi-chan will have a 'rerun' on TV Saitama starting April 9th.
The new season was originally scheduled to premiere in the summer of 2017, but was postponed indefinitely due to "various circumstances".

Synopsis:
In short, the story features 8 anthropomorphic girls representing the stations of Saitama Prefecture, and they all have " urawa " in their name. However, to keep with the spirit, all the voice actresses in the anime are also from Saitama.
Finally, the original series Urawa no Usagi-chan premiered in April 2015 and consisted of five-minute episodes, following the daily campus lives of eight high school girls living in Urawa-ku, Saitama Prefecture.
