Úrsula was born in São Paulo. Besides being a voice actress and director, the artist became known among Brazilian anime fans for her iconic voice acting as Goku (child) in the Dragon Ball and Naruto Uzumaki in the Naruto .
In 2008, she received the Yamato Award, considered the Oscar of dubbing, for her work voicing the character Naruto.
