Vinland Saga anime may have a different ending than the manga

The Vinland Saga anime based on the work of Makoto Yukimura may have a very different ending from the manga .

According to director Shuhei Yabuta, who spoke on his personal Twitter account, revealing that the story will undergo some adjustments and that the series should be seen as independent content.

There will be some adjustments to the manga in future episodes. We believe this series should be used as a standalone series. I hope you enjoy our attempt!

The series is animated by the famous Wit Studio (Attack on Titan), directed by Shuhei Yabuta (Inuyashiki), story by Hiroshi Seko (Ajin – Demi-Human) and character design by Takahiko Abiru (Hunter x Hunter).
