The official website of Anime Wandance , based on the manga of the author Coffee released on Thursday, 12, the look of five new characters and their voice actors. The anime is scheduled to open for October 2025.

The original work is a manga of the same name as the author Coffee . Kodansha launched the manga in Afternoon and Magazine Pocket app in 2019.
Anime production is a partnership between Madhouse (One Punch Man) and Cyclone Graphics (Piano in Mori). Michiya Katō (Okko's Inn) is driving the anime. The dancer, choreographer and singer Riehata , who created choreography for Japanese groups such as Exile and Kat-Tun, and Korean groups like BTS, Exo and Red Velvet, is the anime dance producer.
New characters and voice actors
The look of the secondary characters was released, along with the names of their voice actors.
Ayaka Suwa will be on Miyao, the leader of the Ichirin High School dance club.
Toshiki Masuda will be Iori Itsukushima, a second year student of the dance club.
Yūma Uchida will be Gaku Kabeya, a first-rate breakdancer (B-Boy).
Yuu Hayashi will be Usen Takumi, the leader of a rival school dance club.
Chikahiro Kobayashi will be Assei, a professional dancer of the PTSG dance team.
Wandance Synopsis
Kaboku has always followed the flow, marching to the rhythm of the expectations of the people around him: parents, school, plans for the future. It seems predictable, safe and… empty. But one night, Kaboku is late at school, and he finds a girl alone, moving wildly, turning a blank space of concrete into a screen. This is Hikari Wanda, member of the hip-hop dance club. Kaboku is immediately in love, but the way to leave his shell is long. The club is almost all feminine, and they are all, well, much better than him. What is to come is unknown, and this is terrifying, but it also means, for the first time in Kaboku's life… a taste of freedom.
