The anime war is just beginning. According to reports, Warner Bros. Animation and Cartoon Network will begin producing anime . Jason DeMarco , the creator of Toonami , will be responsible for leading the new production team.

DeMarco thus assumes the role of senior vice president of anime and live-action series. He will develop series and feature films based on original works from Warner Bros. and other companies in the anime format.
