One of the videos reveals the release date. The anime debuts July 4 , 2025 at Tokyo MX and July 5 , 2025 on other channels and platforms. In addition to showing the opening song “Yuurea Ni Naritai” from singer Yuika . Check it out:

- Megu Umezawa will be Makina Umezawa;
- Yoshiki Nakajima will be Shigenobu Tokui;
- Hinaki Yano will be Suzushiro Watari.
Watari-kun synopsis in XX GA Hōkaisunzen
Watari-kun is a series of manga written and illustrated by Naru Narumi . It was originally serialized in Kadokawa 's Young Ace from August 2014 to January 2015.
The series was later transferred to Kodansha Monthly Young Magazine to September 2023.
Since her parents died, Watari Nao's life has revolved around her younger sister. He renounces club activities for the sake of spending time with her, leading many of his colleagues to label him a SISCON. But as long as his sister is happy, Nao is willing to shut down any unwanted comments about himself. Unbeknownst to Nao, however, a greater danger has resurfaced – one that destroyed his way of life six years ago, and threatens to do so once again, and the danger comes in the form of a girl wielding a garden hoe. .
