Machinima channel has released the web series Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist.
The series will initially only be shown on Machinima's YouTube channel, but the idea is to take the project to websites with On Demand programming and even launch a DVD/Blu-Ray version. Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist will show the story behind the iconic video game characters and the journey of Ryu, Ken and Akuma to become the greatest master of Ansatsuken.
Synopsis:
Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist A look back at Ryu and Ken's formative years, into the traditional lives of Japan's isolated warriors. Unknowingly, the boys are the last practitioners of the martial art called Ansatsuken (Assassin's Fist). The series follows them as they learn about master Goken's mysterious past, and the tragic legacy of the Ansatsuken style.
