Known in Japan as “ Drag-On Dragoon 3 “, the game has a story that predates that of the original “ Drakengard ” on the PlayStation 2 console. It is being developed by Access Games, from “Deadly Premonition” and “Lord of Arcana and will be released for the Playstation 3”.
In the world of “Drakengard 3,” five goddesses with magical powers derived from songs saved the world from chaos by defeating the feudal lords who dominated it. They are the Utautai. Players control Zero, a sixth Utautai who suddenly appears with the mission of defeating the other goddesses.
The game has compositions by Keichi Okabe, who was responsible for the acclaimed soundtrack for another Square Enix RPG, “Nier”.
