The animation is the responsibility of the Geek Toys studio with assistance from Studio Seven. The direction is by Itsuki Imazaki (Recorder and Randsell Mi, Magical Somera-chan), the story is by Kenichi Yamashita (Pittanko! Nekozakana, Holmes of Kyoto) and the character design is by Yōsuke Itō (King's Game The Animation, Holmes of Kyoto).
The story unfolds when a love letter unexpectedly arrives for Keiki Kiryu, an ordinary high school student who has never had a girlfriend. The letter doesn't include the sender's name—but it does include a pair of white panties. In the process of investigating who could be his "Cinderella who left behind her underwear," Keiki discovers that each candidate is uniquely perverted and desperately interested in having him join in their perversion.
