Based on the game Sly Cooper , the film will be a fully computer-animated film, produced by Studio Blockade Entertainment and Rainmaker Entertainment.

Kevin Munroe directed and wrote the film, and Brad Foxhoven and David Wohl produced it. The film is scheduled for release in 2016.

The story will be faithful to the game, with Sly working alongside his partners in crime, Bentley and Murray. In this case, it will be the story of the former: the trio sets out to find the pages of Sly's ancestors' book before they fall into Clockwerk's hands.
