Synopsis of Witch Watch:

The story follows Nico , a young apprentice witch, and Morihito (Moi) , her childhood friend and an ogre of impressive strength. When they start living together, Nico's clumsy spells end up causing magical mix-ups and hilarious situations in the daily lives of the two teenagers—and everyone around them.

The manga Witch Watch (ウィッチウォッチ) has been published in Weekly Shōnen Jump since February 2021 , totaling 23 volumes as of September 2025. Produced by Bibury Animation Studios , the anime adapted this fun mix of romance and fantasy that has won over audiences.

By November 2022 , the work already had over 1.1 million copies in circulation , solidifying Shinohara as one of Jump's most creative authors.
