World Trigger franchise AnimeJapan 2021 event that took place on Sunday (March 28th) revealed that the previously announced anime October . The anime will air on TV Asahi 's NUMAnimation .

- Yuuki Kaji as Osamu Mikumo
- Not Tamura like Chika Amator

- Nobunaga Shimazaki as Hyuse
Author Daisuke Ashihara launched the World Trigger manga Weekly Shonen Jump in 2013. The manga went on hiatus in November 2016 due to the author's poor physical health, and returned to the magazine in October 2018 for five issues before moving to Shueisha 's Jump SQ in December 2018.
