The official website for the live-action version of Wotakoi has announced the film's official release date in Japan. The film was originally scheduled to premiere this year, but its release was postponed to February 7, 2020. Additionally, two new cast members were announced: Takumi Saito and Nanao , who play the characters Kabakura and Koyanagi , respectively.
An image with the actors dressed as the characters was also released.
Wotakoi , a manga by Fujita , began publication on the Pixiv in 2014, and in 2015 began serialization in the digital magazine " Comic Pool ". The manga is also published in Brazil by Panini , and currently has three published volumes. Its anime had 11 episodes and aired during the spring 2018 season.
