The new generation of Microsoft , the new Xbox Series X was officially announced during The Game Awards . At E3 2019 , the console is expected to arrive at the end of 2020.
The console had already been announced at E3 2019, but still under the codename Project Scarlett and without official images of the device.
The Game Awards is the most famous award in the gaming world. Industry veteran Geoff Keighley is in charge of the presentation, which also features several guests. This year, for example, the presence of Reggie Fils-Aimé, former president of Nintendo of America, and creative director Ikumi Nakamura are expected.
