Yowa Yowa Sensei (Yowayowa teacher), a manga by Kamio Fukuchi, had its anime adaptation announced this Tuesday (03) by Weekly Shōnen Magazine .

The story follows Akihito Abikura, a second-year high school student, and his new teacher, Hiyori Hiwarimura. A recent English graduate, Hiyori is extremely shy and doesn't make a good initial impression. Her habit of using a notebook full of post-its to organize herself gives rise to rumors that she is casting curses on her students. Because of this, she earns the nickname “Scary Teacher”.
However, Akihito realizes that the teacher is not scary, but misunderstood. But after catching her teaching alone to a stuffed animal in an empty classroom, he decides to help her overcome her shyness. From then on, the relationship between the two develops into a captivating plot full of exciting moments.
Therefore, Yowa Yowa Sensei is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Kamio Fukuchi. Finally, the series began publication in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in November 2022, and by October 2024 it already has nine bound volumes ( tankōbon ).
