Pony Canyon has released the first promotional trailer for the anime Yūki Yūna wa Yūsha de Aru. The new anime's website has also been updated with the trailer; you can check it out by clicking here . The series will air on the "MBS" block starting in October.
In the video, Yuki Yuna introduces herself as a high school heroine and also introduces the members of the Hero Club: President Fu Inubozaki, President Itsuki's younger sister, and Yuki's best friend Mimori Togo. The series stars Haruka Terui as Yūki Yuna, Yumi Uchiyama as Fu Inubozaki, Tomoyo Kurosawa as Itsuki Inubozaki, and Suzuko Mimori as Mimori Togo.
Seiji Kishi (Persona 4 The Animation, Danganronpa The Animation) is directing the series based on an original plan by Takahiro (Akame ga KILL!) at Studio Gokumi . Makoto Uezu is handling series composition, and BunBun is designing the characters.
The story takes place in the age of the gods, year 300. Yuna Yūki lives a normal life as a second-year high school student, but she is also a member of the "Hero Club," where the club's activities involve dealing with a mysterious being called "Vertex."
