Fanworks will produce a film based on the book series " Zannen na Ikimono Jiten ." The film is reportedly set to release in summer 2022.

Thus, Zannen na Ikimono no Jiten offers humorous introductions to surprising facts about animals, such as “raccoons don’t actually wash their food,” “dolphins would drown if they fell completely asleep,” and “chameleons change their cores at will.”
The book series was released in 2016, and as of the release of the sixth volume on April 24, the series will have more than 4.2 million copies in circulation.
