Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead – Trailer reveals new voice actors

The anime adaptation of the manga 'Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead' (Zom 100: Zombie ni Naru Made ni Shitai 100 no Koto) received a new trailer this Sunday (11).

The video showcases the opening and ending theme songs. KANA-BOON is performing the opening theme song “Song of the Dead” and Shiyui is performing the ending theme song “Happiness of the Dead”.

Through the video came the reveal of more cast members, including Makoto Furukawa as Kenichiro Ryuzaki and Minami Takahashi as Beatrix Amerhauser.

The animation is by the studio BUG FILMS , directed by Kazuki Kawagoe with the assistance of Hanako Ueda and character designer by Kii Tanaka .

The series began in Shogakukan's Seinen magazine, Monthly Sunday Gene-X, on October 19, 2018. Publisher Shogakukan compiled the chapters into individual tankōbon volumes.

The first volume was released on March 19, 2019. In North America, Viz Media announced the series' release in English in July 2020.

Synopsis

A story of surviving a zombie apocalypse is always better than being a wage slave! After spending years working as a slave for a soul-destroying company, Akira's life has lost meaning. He lives in an apartment full of trash, his salary is terrible and he can't even muster the courage to confess his love to his beautiful co-worker. But when a zombie apocalypse breaks out in his town, it gives him the push he needs to live for himself. Now Akira is on a mission to complete all 100 items on his list before he dies.
