The animation is from the recent studio BUG FILMS , directed by Kazuki Kawagoe with the assistance of Hanako Ueda and character design by Kii Tanaka .
Synopsis:
A zombie apocalypse survival story is always better than being a wage slave! After years of working as a slave for a soul-destroying company, Akira's life has lost its meaning. He lives in a trash-filled apartment, his salary is terrible, and he can't even muster the courage to confess his love to his beautiful coworker. But when a zombie apocalypse breaks out in his city, it gives him the push he needs to live for himself. Now Akira is on a mission to complete all 100 items on his list before he dies.
The series began in Shogakukan's seinen magazine, Monthly Sunday Gene-X, on October 19, 2018. Publisher Shogakukan compiled the chapters into individual tankōbon volumes.
The first volume was released on March 19, 2019. In North America, Viz Media announced the English release of the series in July 2020.
