The November issue of Shueisha 's Ultra Jump Kasumi Fukagawa Zombie Land Saga Gaiden: The First Zombie " manga will end in the magazine's next issue, which will launch on November 17.
Zombie Land Saga Revenge anime franchise . Kasumi Fukagawa, character designer for the first and second seasons of the anime, is drawing the manga.
The manga tells the story of the mysterious character Tae Yamada . The story takes place in 1989, with Yamada leading a three-woman team called the Saga Sagako Busters , dedicated to fighting curses.
Synopsis
The anime follows Sakura Minamoto, who dreams of being an idol but is hit by a car and wakes up as a zombie. A man named Koutarou Tatsumi appears and tells her he's recruiting her for an idol group made up of zombies—dead girls he's "recruited" from various periods in Japanese history.
Kasumi Fukagawa launched the manga in Ultra Jump in May 2021. Shueisha published the second volume of the manga on May 17.
The Zombie Land Saga anime premiered in October 2018. Crunchyroll streamed a total of 12 episodes as they aired. The anime's sequel, Zombie Land Saga Revenge, premiered in Japan in April 2021. Crunchyroll also streamed the sequel as it aired in Japan.
It is worth noting that the anime has a film project still in progress.
