The light novel series Zutaboro Reijō wa Ane no Moto Konyakusha ni Dekiai Sareru (Loved by Her Sister's Former Fiancé) has had its anime adaptation announced.

Synopsis:

Marie, a young woman with tousled red hair and simple clothing, grew up treated like a servant, even though she was the daughter of a baron. Everything changes when Count Granado, the richest and notoriously difficult man in the country, is enchanted by her at first sight. However, a misunderstanding leads him to ask for the hand of her sister, Anastasia, whose graceful appearance resembles that of a princess. Inspired by "Become a Novelist," this captivating story chronicles Marie's journey in her own version of Cinderella, marked by misunderstandings and unexpected twists.

Zutaboro Reijō wa Ane no Moto is a Japanese light novel series written by Tobirano and illustrated by Mai Murasaki . The series began its online serialization in October 2019 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō .

It was later acquired by publisher Futabasha , which has published seven volumes since April 2020 under its M Novels f . Additionally, a manga adaptation, with art by Chikage Nakakura , has been serialized online on Gaugau Monster since July 2020.
