New promotional image released for the new anime
The story takes place in 1923, and vampires have existed for quite some time. But now, the number of vampires is increasing, along with a mysterious source of artificial blood called Ascra. The Japanese government, in turn, creates the so-called "Code Zero," an army unit tasked with taking down the vampire forces. And what better way to track vampires than to use vampires?
The animation is by studio SIGNAL MD (Recovery of an MMO Junkie), and the director is Kouhei Hatano (Freezing Vibration).
Finally, it is adapted from the play by Mars Red , which premiered in 2013, with more shows in 2015 and 2017. Karakara manga adaptation in Mag Garden's Monthly Comic Garden magazine on January 4th.
