The event “ The Quintessential Quintuplets Special Event 2023 ”, held this Saturday, revealed that the manga Gotoubun no Hanayome ( The Quintessential Quintuplets ), by Negi Haruba , is inspiring a new anime.

The new anime will adapt stories that have not yet appeared in previous adaptations.
Negi Haruba launched the original manga in Weekly Shonen Magazine in August 2017 and ended the series in February 2020.
The first season of the anime premiered in January 2019 and aired for 12 episodes. The second season of the anime aired from January 2021 to March 2021.
"Gotoubun no Hanayome: The Movie" premiered in Japan in May 2022, and therefore serves as the conclusion of the story.
Synopsis
One day, a second-year high school student named Futaro Uesugi is called upon to tutor five sisters. But he finds himself face to face with their classmates! They are all beautiful girls, but also unruly, hate studying, and are about to fail! His first task is to win the sisters' trust. At the same time, they will do everything to get rid of him. Every day is a party in this romantic comedy.
