El primer día del evento “Kadokawa Light Novel Expo 2020” reveló que el anime The Rising of the Shield Hero se estrenará en octubre. Además, Crunchyroll confirmó que transmitirá el anime a partir de octubre bajo el título “The Rising of the Shield Hero 2”.
