The official channel for the Rurouni Kenshin has released a new action-packed trailer. The trailer features the theme "Mighty Long Fall" by the band ONE OK ROCK, who also performed the theme song for the first film.
The two new films will cover the Kyoto arc from Nobuhiro Watsuki's original historical action manga.
Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Taika-hen (Kyoto Inferno) will arrive in Japanese theaters on August 1st, and Rurouni Kenshin: Densetsu no Saigo-hen (The Legend Ends) is scheduled to arrive on September 13th. Principal photography for both films wrapped on December 27th, after six months of filming.
