The adaptation of the acclaimed book 'Fifty Shades of Grey' has had its release postponed. Originally scheduled for August 1, 2014, the same date as the highly anticipated nerdy film Guardians of the Galaxy, the film now premieres on February 13, 2015. Entertainment Weekly magazine placed the lead couple, Jamie Dornan (from the series 'Once Upon a Time') and Dakota Johnson ('21 Jump Street').
In the film 'Fifty Shades of Grey,' literature student Anastasia Steele is asked to interview young billionaire businessman Christian Grey for her college magazine and immediately finds him attractive, enigmatic, and intimidating. Convinced her date went wrong, she tries to put Grey out of her mind—until he begins courting her. The novel is inspired by the characters Edward and Bella from the 'Twilight Saga.'
