The exciting news for anime fans is that the anime "The Seven Deadly Sins" ( Nanatsu no Taizai Netflix starting November 1st . The content will include the original audio, Portuguese subtitles, and a dubbing .
Filming took place at the Alcateia studio in Rio de Janeiro, under the direction of Flavia Saddy (Washu in Tenchi Muyo!). Part of the cast is listed below:
- Meliodas – Fabrício Vilaverde (Phineas in Phineas and Ferb)
- Elizabeth – Erika Menezes (Mimi in Digimon Adventure 1 and 2).
- Diane – Flávia Saddy (Lisa Simpson in The Simpsons).
- Hawk – Pamela Rodrigues (Princess Bubblegum in Adventure Time).
- Ban – Mckeidy Lisita (Shaggy (2nd voice) in Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated).
- King – Marcelo Garcia (Hawkeye in The Avengers).
The story is based on the "Seven Deadly Sins," where a group of knights who conspired to overthrow the kingdom of Britannia in the past were supposedly eradicated by the Holy Knights, although rumors persist that they are still alive. Ten years later, the Holy Knights staged a coup and assassinated the king, becoming the new and tyrannical rulers of the kingdom. Elizabeth, the king's only daughter, embarks on a journey to find the "Seven Deadly Sins" and recruit them to help take back the kingdom.
The manga is currently published in Brazil by JBC publishing house.
