Kadokawa announced this Friday (08) that the second season of the anime “Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World” (Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjō, Arui wa Sekai ga Hajimaru Seisen) has been postponed until 2024.

The anime was previously scheduled to air this year. Therefore, the first season will air again on the Japanese channel BS11 starting October 2nd.
Synopsis
A great war has raged for years between the scientifically advanced Empire and Nebulis, the kingdom of magical girls – until the youngest knight, now the Empire's strongest, encounters the princess of the rival nation. They are sworn enemies… yet the knight is drawn to her beauty and honor, while the princess is moved by his strength and way of life. Will their struggle ever end?

Finally, Kadokawa began publishing the print version of the light novel in Japan in May 2017. Meanwhile, Okama launched a manga adaptation in Hakusensha's Young Animal magazine in May 2018.
