A special OVA anime Mahoutsukai no Yome ( The Ancient Magus' Bride ) has been revealed. According to the official website , Studio KAFKA will be animating this OVA.

Kore Yamazaki began publishing Mahotsukai no Yome in Mag Garden's Comic Blade in November 2013, and moved the manga to Monthly Comic Garden magazine in September 2014, where it is still published. The publisher released the 14th volume on September 10, 2020.
Finally, the Mahoutsukai no Yome was adapted into a 24-episode anime series. The animation was done by Wit Studio (Attack on Titan) and directed by Norihiro Naganuma (Blood-C: The Last Dark).
